About

Built by a sales team, for sales teams.

Thelaywala Sales Coach came out of a simple frustration: every tool we tried told us what had gone wrong on a call after it was already lost. None of them helped while there was still a deal to win.

What we build

One thing, properly. A panel that sits on a rep’s screen during a live sales call, follows the conversation as it happens, and suggests the next line — grounded in the calls that team has already won rather than in generic advice.

It is not a note-taker, a CRM, or a recording archive you are meant to review on a Friday afternoon. Those exist and some are good. This is the part that was missing: help at the moment it can still change the outcome.

Your calls, and what happens to them

The transcript of a call is used to coach the rep taking it, and the summary is saved to that organisation’s own account so the team can look back at it. Nothing is shared between organisations, and nothing is used to train a model that anyone else benefits from.

Each person signs in with their own account, so a call stays attached to whoever took it. An administrator can add and remove people at any time, and removing somebody ends their access immediately.

The panel is invisible in screen-share by design. That is a feature for the rep, not a way to hide the software from the customer — how you tell people on the call that you use it is your decision, and different places have different rules about it.
